Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel right in what you choose. If something doesn't work, returns and exchanges are handled easily through our self-service returns portal, powered by ReturnGO, except Sweden. No need to contact us first just follow the steps in the portal and we'll take care of the rest.

Sweden: As we don't currently operate a self-service returns portal for orders delivered within Sweden, returns and exchanges are handled directly through your Account. Simply log in with your email (the email you used when paying), locate your order, and follow the steps provided to start your return or exchange. 

EU right of withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use our return portal, except Sweden see above. Once we've received your withdrawal request, we'll refund your order including standard delivery costs, if you cancel the fully order within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To start a return: Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. You'll be guided through the process step by step.

Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return cost: Please note that customers are responsible for return costs. The shipping fee is deducted from your order

Refunds: Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and a further 4–6 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges: Want a different size? You can request an exchange directly through the returns portal, subject to availability.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bodysuits, or any items where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.

Faulty or incorrect items: If you received something damaged or not as described, please flag this in the returns portal within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
