How to submit a return/exchange request
1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy / returns page and click the return request link.
2. Sign in to your account — enter your email address (the one you used when paying) and click Continue.
3. Open the email from the store, copy the 6-digit verification code, and enter it on the sign-in page.
4. Once signed in, go to Orders and click on the order you want to return.
5. Click "Request return" for that order.
6. If the order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
7. Choose a return reason and add an optional note.
8. Click "Request return" to submit.
9. If approved and return shipping is required, you'll receive an email with a return label and shipping instructions.
Once the item is received, your refund will be processed.
Want to exchange for a different size or style?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges, but it's easy to get the right item. Follow the return steps above, and in the optional note field (step 7), write what you'd like to exchange to, for example: "I would like to exchange this for size M in the same style" or "Please exchange for [product name] in [colour/size]".
Our team will review your note and be in touch to help arrange the exchange. Once your return is approved and the item received, we'll process your refund — and you're welcome to place a new order for the item you want in the meantime to secure your size.
