Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of placing your order. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to be activated.

Shipping time depends on destination after dispatch: EU 1 to 5 business days, UK 2 to 5, USA and Canada 2 to 5, Australia and New Zealand 3 to 6, and rest of world 3 to 8. Express shipping via DHL Express is available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship internationally via DHL Standard and DHL Express, express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold, check your local country page for applicable offers.
Duties and taxes are either included in the product price or displayed as a separate line item at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon receipt, this will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

NOTE: At the moment we do not ship to these following countries: Argentina, French Republic includes Mainland France and also the Oversea France i.e. meaning: Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Polynesia, French Guiana, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna.
